A picture was recently released on Lamborghini’s official Instagram page stating, “Something new is on the way. Can’t wait to see it? Just open your eyes to the future.” We can’t see anything in the picture and the quote is very cryptic. Will this be the long-awaited Aventador replacement? We doubt it. It May be a limited edition hybrid hypercar, like the LB48H concept privately showed to customers last year. At first the LB48H was supposed to be released in early 2019, but it’s possibly been delayed to the upcoming Frankfurt Auto Show. With Lambo‘s love for the number 63, only 63 will be made. But, will this just be a concept finally shown to the public? Or is this a serious reveal? The next Aventador won’t be released until 2024 and emissions may kill the 6.5 V12. So this concept may be a turbo V8 similar to that of the Urus.
